REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All services provided by Marinlex Consultancy are customized professional legal and maritime advisory services. The service contract is deemed to be formed upon payment confirmation and allocation of professional resources for the Client.

Due to the intellectual, non-tangible and client-specific nature of the services, no refund shall be issued once any part of the service has commenced, including preliminary evaluations, document review or consultations. Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours from payment and before service commencement may be eligible for a full refund; cancellations after 24 hours but before service commencement are eligible for a 70% refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@marinlex.com. Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
